Alcohol
Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol, guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.
All Access Passes
All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase. Visit
VIP Nation to view any VIP packages that may involve a meet and greet or additional access. The venue box office does not sell any meet and greet, backstage or venue passes.
Animals- Service
Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome at the Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview during events. Each service animal must remain with its owner at all times, be housebroken and remain on a leash, harness, tether or otherwise under the owner/handler’s control. All other animals are prohibited unless specified by management.
In New York State, Service Animals are defined as a dog trained to do work or perform a task(s) for a person with a disability.
ATMs
Our venue is 100% cashless; only major credit/debit cards and mobile payment options will be accepted for payment.
Automobile Assistance
Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview does have a service onsite. Please contact Blue Line Automotive. Their Emergency Towing and Recovery Line is 315-464-0667 or 315-925-7611.
Baby Changing Stations
Changing stations are available in the restroom facilities on the East Plaza and West Plaza.
Bag Policy/Inspections
As part of our continued commitment to public safety, guests will be able to carry only the following style and size bag, package or container into the venue and WILL BE SUBJECT TO A THOROUGH SEARCH
APPROVED BAGS INCLUDE:
• CLEAR BAGS MADE OF PLASTIC, VINYL OR PVC AND DO NOT EXCEED 12" X 6" X 12" Items in the bag must be in clear plastic bags (Ziploc bag or similar)
• ONE GALLON CLEAR PLASTIC FREEZER BAG (Ziploc bag or similar)
• SMALL CLUTCH BAGS, APPROXIMATELY THE SIZE OF A HAND, WITH OR WITHOUT A HANDLE OR STRAP CAN BE TAKEN INTO THE VENUE WITH ONE OF THE CLEAR PLASTIC BAGS
PROHIBITED ITEMS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Purses larger than a clutch bag, hard or soft coolers, briefcases, luggage of any kind, computer bags, fanny packs, and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size
• An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. Please contact security at least 24 hours in advance to request an exception at 315-435-8077.
• Please note: there will be express entry lanes available for those who travel light.
Banners and Signs
Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests’ view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.
Bicycle Parking
Bike racks are located near the bus circle and along the West Shore Trail (for those approaching the venue from the East). All bikes must be removed by the end of the event. Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview is not responsible for lost or stolen bicycles.
Box Office
The box office is located adjacent to the main gate and will only be open on show days. All tickets can be purchased via
Live Nation or in person at The Oncenter.
Normal Box Office Hours are: 1.5 hours before the advertised show time to 1/2 an hour after the main act takes the stage.
Breast Feeding/Pumping
Mother’s in need of privacy for breast feeding and/or pumping while on site may visit the First Aid tent at the top of the lawn for assistance.
Broken Seat
While at an event, if you see or experience a broken seat, please share the seat location & issue with an usher.

Camera Policy
SUBJECT TO CHANGE- The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 in, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
Camping

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation, local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase. Policy subject to change.
Cell Phones
Generally cell phones are permitted in the venue. On occasions, comedy shows in particular, cell phones usage may not be allowed due to artist requests.
Children
All of our events are all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent's lap.
Conceal and Carry
The Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
Concessions
The Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview offers a wide variety of concession options throughout the venue. This includes cheeseburgers, hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, candy, popcorn, fountain soda (Coca-Cola Products) and water.
Local favorite
Bull & Bear Roadhouse has locations open within the East Plaza. Local food trucks will be available on site for most concerts as well.

Rules
Drinking Water
Guests are permitted to bring in one (1) factory sealed bottle of water up to one gallon in size. This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations. Aluminum bottles, refillable plastic water bottles are permitted. Camelbacks are not permitted.
Water fountains are located on the exterior of the facility restroom buildings in both the East and West Plazas.
Drones
The possession, operation, or use of an unmanned aircraft system (UAS) or drone is prohibited on Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview property without prior, written permission from Venue Management. Furthermore, persons operating a UAS on property may be subject to criminal or civil penalties by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Drop Offs
Drop off/pick up is permitted in the Pink Lot. Please follow instructions of Law Enforcement, Parking Team Members and directional signage.
A new pedestrian bridge is now open, providing direct access from the Pink Lot to the Amphitheater Main Gate with an approx. 7–10-minute walk.
For pick-up, we recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the end of performances.
Emergency
In the event of an emergency while on site - Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located near the entrance to the top of the lawn, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested.
Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues. In the event of a weather emergency, we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue. Please follow our

Entrance Gates
There are two entrance gates to the facility. The main gate is available for use regardless of the ticket type. There is one Early Entry Lane located at the main gate. You must have your Early Entry ticket to utilize this entrance lane. The VIP Club has a separate entry gate located to the right of the box office and immediately adjacent to the ADA parking lot. All guests using this gate must be VIP clients and have the appropriate ticket.
Entry Screening
All bags will be checked upon entry – only clear bags (12” x 12” x 6” or smaller) are permitted. Guests must clear a magnetometer, wand and/or pat down screening at the security check point. Guests have the right to refuse screening procedures and the venue has the right to refuse entry. For a listing of prohibited items for an event, please refer the Prohibited Items section below.
Eviction Policy
The following behaviors and/or activities are causes for eviction:
• Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type
• Possession of prohibited, illegal, or unauthorized items
• Inappropriate or offensive dress
• Public intoxication
• Entering or attempting to enter any “off limit” area such as the playing surface, stage area, backstage, or restroom of the opposite sex
• Participating in a fight or instigating a physical or verbal altercation
• Verbally abusing, threatening, or intimidating other patrons or Venue Staff/Management
• Throwing objects of any type
• Possession of stolen or counterfeit tickets
• Possession of unauthorized banners or signs
• Smoking indoors
• Any behavior or activity that security or venue/event management deems as unsafe or a threat to persons or property
Fan Assistance
If you need assistance while at an event, please visit our guest services areas located on the pathway to the seating pavilion near the East Plaza and at the hilltop entry to the lawn.
Fan Mail
Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview will do our best to get any fan mail sent to the venue to the appropriate parties. We cannot guarantee that any package or letter will be given to an artist. We recommend visiting the artist’s website and sending any items to their designated address. We are not responsible for returning anything that is sent to the venue for an artist.
Fast Lane
For select events, guests can purchase Fast Lane tickets via
Live Nation. The Fast Lane ticket does not permit the guest to enter any earlier than the designated gate time, however it does have a shorter line. The Fast Lane is located near the VIP/Premier entrance to the left of the main entry tent.
First Aid

Food and Beverage
Food and Beverage is available for purchase on site. All food and beverage stands accept all major credit cards and mobile payment options.
You are permitted to bring the following into the venue with you:
• Factory sealed water bottle (up to a gallon)
• Small snack food items in clear Ziploc bags (nothing that requires utensils or has bones)
Bull & Bear Roadhouse will be on site to 'Feed Your Belly' - visit their East Plaza location. Be sure to try their Amp'd Up Burger or Poutine!
Additional food trucks will be on site as well for a majority of shows.
State law prohibits the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 21 and any guest who appears to be intoxicated. Guests will be required to show legal identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.
Gate Times
Parking lots will generally open 3 hours prior to our scheduled show time. Gate times vary but are usually 1 to 1.5 hours prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these times are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times as you will be turned around and told to return when the parking lots open.
Group Ticket Sales
Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview does not offer group ticket sales. If you have a large party that will be attending the show, the only option would be to contact our Premium Seating Department at 716-686-4535. Premium Seating sells all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law, he or she will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.

Hearing Assistance
Guests who require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 days’ notice. Guests who require interpreter service can call the venue and arrange this for any event. Note: We need at least 2 weeks’ notice to secure an interpreter. We can be reached at (315) 435-5100

Kids in Free Program
For select shows, the Kids In Free program permits one child, 12 and under, to receive a free ticket to the lawn with each paid adult lawn ticket. The child lawn ticket will be available for pickup near the main entrance, before you reach the box office.
Please check the respective event listing on our calendar of events to see if it participates in the Kids in Free program.
Lawn Seating
The lawn is always first come, first served. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes. There are no assigned seats on the lawn.
Lawn Chairs
For the safety, comfort and experience of all fans, outside lawn chairs will NOT be permitted inside the venue for Live Nation shows. A limited number of lawn chair rentals will be available for advance purchase online or at the venue on the day of the event, while supplies last.

Lost or Stolen Tickets
Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event, guests can visit the box office and have their ticket reprinted for a fee.
Lost and Found
Items found during an event are taken to the Guest Services tent. After a show, you may inquire about lost belongings Monday-Friday, 10:00AM – 5:00PM (holidays excluded) by calling 315-435-8040 or
here. Items not claimed within 30 days will be donated to a local charity.
Lost Persons/Children and Companions
Lost Persons or Children who have lost their parents will be escorted to the nearest police officer, usher, or security officer. Their name and description will be recorded by security or event dispatch and broadcast immediately to all police, security, and usher personnel. Lost Persons protocols will be immediately initiated. Patrons seeking a lost person or parents seeking a lost child should proceed to the nearest usher or security officer for assistance in locating the lost person or child.

Medical Assistance
First Aid is located near the entrance to the top of the lawn. We have trained medical personnel who are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator, please go to the First Aid Tent and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here, please do so in our first aid tent so the syringe can be properly disposed of.
Merchandise
Merchandise will be available for all concerts at our Merch Tents located in the East Plaza and on the walkway at the top of the lawn. All concert gear is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.
Motorcycle Parking
Motorcycles can park in any of the venue lots. There is no special parking for motorcycles
Overnight Parking
There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Police Assistance
Local law enforcement is on site for every event and is responsible for directing all traffic into the venue. On duty law enforcement officers are the only individuals able to carry a weapon on our property. We do not allow conceal and carry weapons to be brought onto our property nor we will secure them.
Premium / VIP Seating
If you are interested in purchasing a floor box, season seats, or club access for the season, please contact our PSS department at 716-868-4535, peterzalenski@livenation.com. Neither the venue receptionists nor the box office can answer questions regarding pricing or availability for these boxes.
Premier Parking
Premier Parking is available for every event. The price will vary based on event. This can be purchased prior to the show via
Live Nation or on site at the venue. Premier Parking is located in the orange lot adjacent to ADA parking. Premier Parking does not guarantee early exit out of the parking lot.

Public Transportation
Centro runs an express service from the Centro Transit hub (downtown Syracuse) to the front circle/main gate of the Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview beginning approximately two hours before each event and ending approximately one hour after the conclusion of each event. Exact departure times may vary, please check
Centro's website for detailed information. Regular Centro fares apply and all Centro passes and transfers will be accepted for this service.
Recycling
Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview participates in a venue wide recycling program. You will find recycling bins located throughout the venue. Please recycle where possible.
Re-Entry
Re-Entry is not permitted at the Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening; you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located in the east and west plaza as well as numerous porta-johns located around the venue.
Rideshares
Drop off/pick up is permitted in the Pink Lot. Please follow instructions of Law Enforcement, Parking Team Members and directional signage.

Scalping Tickets
Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.
Security Procedures
When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. Only clear bags (smaller than 12” x 12” x 6”) are permitted and all bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please inform one of our security guards and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors. Security
Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing yellow shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

Smoking
While we are an open-air facility, smoking/vaping is not permitted within the pavilion area. Outside of the pavilion, we kindly ask that you smoke/vape away from seating areas – especially if guests around you are complaining. We appreciate your cooperation.
Sponsorship / Hand Outs
All sponsorship inquiries may be directed to our Sponsorship Sales Team. Please email info@asmsyracuse.com and ask to speak with someone in sponsorship. Any handouts or presence on site needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on site, you will be escorted off property.
Stolen Tickets
Please report any lost or stolen ticket to
Ticketmaster.com as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during an event, guests can visit the box office to have their ticket reprinted; a Photo ID will be required.
Strollers
Are not permitted because there is nowhere for them to be stored. The lawn has an incline that makes it unsafe for strollers to be on the lawn.
Taxis
Drop off/pick up is permitted in the Pink Lot. Please follow instructions of Law Enforcement, Parking Team Members and directional signage.

Tailgating
Tailgating is not permitted in amphitheater parking lots. Vehicles may occupy ONLY ONE parking space. Additional spaces are not available for purchase for the purpose of tailgating. Additional restrictions may apply. Disorderly guests are subject to ejection from the parking lot premises, revocation of tickets, and criminal prosecution.
Taping
Some shows do allow audio recording so please contact us prior to the event you are attending to confirm if this will be allowed.
Ticket Reselling
The resale or attempted reselling of tickets on amphitheater property is prohibited by law. Violators will be removed from the premises and subject to arrest and prosecution as appropriate.
To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen tickets, or inflated prices, please purchase your tickets at authorized locations. The only authorized ticket sales locations for the Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview are:

Tickets may be posted for resale on Ticketmaster.com. These resale tickets are guaranteed because they are verified by Ticketmaster’s system.
Umbrellas
Personal sized umbrellas with no pointed tip will be permitted within the venue. Over-sized umbrellas and those with a plastic or metal tip will not be allowed.
Upgrades
Upgrades are available on site at the guest services table set up at the entrance to the lawn. Availability varies per show.
VIP Club
The VIP Club is available for access for guests with VIP Tickets purchased through Live Nation. The club offers separate concessions, restrooms, seating areas and entertainment. For more information on the VIP Club and Premium Seat Sales, please contact 716-686-4535 or visit
Premium Seating
VIP Parking
The VIP lots are located in the Orange Parking Lot near the main entrance to the venue. Guests must have a VIP Parking Hangtag to access this lot. Guests should stay in the left lane when entering the Orange Lot and follow signage within the lot.
West Shore Trail
The West Shore Trail will close at dusk the night before scheduled events. Patrons traveling from the west will not be able to access the venue from this trail.
Will Call
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located next to the main gate. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
If tickets or passes are being left for you, they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to doors so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call, you will need to contact the person who left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
