The Solvay Bank Box Office at The Oncenter will be open by appointment for returns/refunds only. Please call 315-435-8006 to schedule one. Masks & social distancing are both required to enter the facility and must be adhered to at all times. We understand this is an uncertain time and many of you have questions concerning upcoming events. All performances/events hosted at The Oncenter will strictly adhere to the most current local and State COVID-19 guidelines as of the date of the event. This may necessitate seating setup and venue capacity modifications and could result in rescheduling of events.

The Solvay Bank Box Office at The Oncenter is your single source for event and ticket information. Tickets can be purchased in person, by phone, or online.

The Solvay Bank Box Office at The Oncenter will remain open straight through on an event day, when events are in the Upstate Medical Arena at The Oncenter War Memorial. For events scheduled in The Oncenter Convention Center or Civic Center Theaters, the Solvay Bank Box Office at The Oncenter will open one hour prior to the publicized event start time, in respective building of the event.

Please note: Tickets are available for purchase at the Solvay Bank Box Office at The Oncenter only. Tickets will not be available for purchase at individual Solvay Bank Locations. Likewise, banking needs will not be available at the Solvay Bank Office at The Oncenter, please visit an area branch for these services. For a list of local branches, please visit


If you purchase tickets from a non-authorized person or outlet, you risk purchasing a lost, stolen or fake ticket that is not valid for admittance, regardless of the event. Only valid tickets will scan to authorize entry for an event. Lost or stolen tickets may be deactivated and thus will not be valid for entry. Anyone who purchases tickets from a "scalper" or ticket broker does so at their own risk and in most cases is paying a premium.
