In the event of an emergency while on-site— St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater at Lakeview has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First Aid is located at the top of the hill near the entrance to the lawn, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Law Enforcement Officers are on-site during events as well, in the event additional assistance is needed. St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater at Lakeview works closely with the County of Onondaga to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues. In the event of a weather emergency- we will communicate with guests that are inside of the venue as well as guests on their way to the venue. Please follow our Facebook page for the latest developments on event days.

Guest Conduct:

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy and state laws. Any guest who is acting in a manner that Venue Management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction (see above Ejection policy) or arrest. If a guest violates a state or local law, they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.

Lost or Stolen Tickets:

Each vehicle is allotted a single parking space, and saving spaces for other guests is strictly prohibited. Guests who wish to park together should arrive at the parking lot together.

For the safety of all guests, parking lot drive lanes must be kept clear with ample room for full access by emergency vehicles. Guests must immediately comply with any requests to remove personal items that are obstructing any driveways. Failure to comply may result in the removal of the vehicle at the owner’s expense.

Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests’ view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.

While we are an open-air facility, smoking/vaping is not permitted within the pavilion area. Outside of the pavilion, we kindly ask that you smoke/vape away from seating areas – especially if guests around you are complaining. We appreciate your cooperation.

All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our venue manager, ASM Global. Please call 315-435-8000 and speak with the General Manager. Any handouts or presence onsite needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be onsite you will be escorted off the property immediately.
