Policies

Admittance:

All vehicles, bags, packages, and persons are subject to search. Guests who refuse a requested search will be denied access to the venue or the parking facilities No refunds will be offered. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle or discard them into the appropriate trash receptacles at the entry gates.

Please enjoy your visit responsibly. Management will deny entry or remove from the venue any person who is visibly intoxicated. No refunds will be offered.

Alcoholic Beverages:

Only alcoholic beverages purchased at the venue may be consumed at the venue. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR ID. Any person consuming beverages believed to contain alcohol anywhere within the venue or the venue parking lots may be asked to present valid, government-issued identification verifying they are at least 21 years of age. Failure to demonstrate minimum age will result in being asked to dispose of the beverage, confiscation, and destruction of any additional alcohol in your possession, and/or the revocation of your access to the venue and its parking facilities. Minors in possession of alcohol are also subject to any and all civil, traffic or criminal penalties as may be determined by law enforcement. No refunds will be offered.

Unattended and unsecured alcoholic beverages pose a significant risk to minors. Alcoholic beverages or items suspected of containing alcohol and the containers they are stored in, which are left unattended and unclaimed will be removed and discarded by management.

Camera Policy:

Professional camera/video equipment is prohibited without appropriate credentials, per show.

SUBJECT TO CHANGE – The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 in- it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit any cameras, so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in. Video-recording is never permitted.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations will only occur in the event of extremely severe weather, artist cancellation, an act of God or other rare circumstances. In the event of a show cancellation, local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

Ejections:

Any guest that is violating venue policy or law will be ejected from the venue at the sole discretion of Venue Management. No refunds will be offered.

Emergency:

In the event of an emergency while on-site— St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater at Lakeview has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First Aid is located at the top of the hill near the entrance to the lawn, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Law Enforcement Officers are on-site during events as well, in the event additional assistance is needed. St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater at Lakeview works closely with the County of Onondaga to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues. In the event of a weather emergency- we will communicate with guests that are inside of the venue as well as guests on their way to the venue. Guest Conduct:

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy and state laws. Any guest who is acting in a manner that Venue Management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction (see above Ejection policy) or arrest. If a guest violates a state or local law, they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.

Lost or Stolen Tickets:

Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event- guests can visit the box office and have their ticket reprinted for a fee. Please note, we are only able to accommodate reprints for tickets that were purchased from a Ticketmaster authorized retailer.

Parking Lots:

Parking lot attendants are on hand to safely and effectively load and unload the parking lots. All guests are reminded that they must follow the instructions given by parking staff, management, and law enforcement. Each vehicle is allotted a single parking space, and saving spaces for other guests is strictly prohibited. Guests who wish to park together should arrive at the parking lot together.

For the safety of all guests, parking lot drive lanes must be kept clear with ample room for full access by emergency vehicles. Guests must immediately comply with any requests to remove personal items that are obstructing any driveways. Failure to comply may result in the removal of the vehicle at the owner’s expense.

ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS BOTTLES ARE ALLOWED WITHIN THE VENUE OR ANY OF THE VENUE PARKING LOTS

Scalping Tickets:

Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited. Any guest caught selling tickets on or around the venue will be referred to local Law Enforcement.

Re-Entry:

St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater at Lakeview does not allow re-entry. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening- you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket. *If you are ejected from the venue due to a policy violation there will be no re-entry allowed.

Signage:

Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests’ view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.

Smoking/Vaping:

While we are an open-air facility, smoking/vaping is not permitted within the pavilion area. Outside of the pavilion, we kindly ask that you smoke/vape away from seating areas – especially if guests around you are complaining. We appreciate your cooperation.

Sponsorships/Handouts

All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our venue manager, ASM Global. Please call 315-435-8000 and speak with the General Manager. Any handouts or presence onsite needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be onsite you will be escorted off the property immediately.

Strollers and Wagons:

Strollers and/or wagons are not permitted due to there being no where for them to be stored. They tend to also become a tripping hazard to other guests.

Videotaping:

Videotaping is never permitted during events. Please see event-specific information related to audio recording as some artists do allow audio recording.

Weather:


All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather, we will keep our fans notified via our Facebook page. An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected.

What you CAN bring into the Amphitheater:

The following items are permissible to bring into the venue.

  • Clear bags no larger than the size of 12”x12”x6” and a clutch or wallet no larger than the size of 4.5" x 6.5". All bags will be thoroughly searched before entry.
  • Cell phones
  • Drinking Water – Must be a factory-sealed bottle(s) up to (1) gallon
  • Small snack food items in clear Ziploc bags (nothing that requires utensils or has bones)
  • Extra clothes
  • Lawn Chairs (not to exceed the size of 35.5” x 26” x 37.4” when fully deployed); inflatable seating units are not permitted.
  • Personal sized umbrella with no tip (metal or plastic)
  • Sunscreen and bug spray in non-aerosol cans
  • Blankets and tarps – no larger than 10′ x 10′
  • Stadium seating cushions
  • Signs 8.5″ x 11″ (a standard sheet of paper)
  • Standard binoculars without recording capabilities
  • Small bottles of hand sanitizer

What you CANNOT bring into the Amphitheater:

The following items are not permissible to bring into the venue.

  • Bags larger than 14″x14″x6″ or those that are not clear (includes but is not limited to backpacks, binocular cases, fanny packs, cinch bags, computer bags, camera bags, coolers, briefcases, and purses).
  • Beverages other than water – no soda, alcohol, juice, or energy drinks
  • Firearms or weapons of any kind
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Lawn Chairs larger than 35.5″ x 26″ x 37.4″
  • Inflatable seating units
  • Oversized umbrellas or umbrellas with a tip
  • Wallet chains
  • Pocket knives
  • Fireworks
  • Glass objects of any sort
  • Electronics other than cell phones including but not limited to laptops, iPads, Kindles, video games, etc.
  • Baseballs, footballs, tennis balls, etc.
  • Strollers and/or wagons
  • Pop-up tents of any nature
  • Signs larger than 8.5″x11″ (a standard sheet of paper)
