A New York Times bestseller of novels and poetry for young adult and middle grade audiences, Jason Reynolds’s most recent book, Look Both Ways: A Tale Told in Ten Blocks, was a National Book Award finalist, and named one of the best books of 2019 by NPR and The New York Times. His collaboration with author and historian Dr. Ibram X. Kendi, on the book Stamped: Racism, Antiracism, and You helps young readers understand race and society.

Join us for an evening with Jason Reynolds as part of the Friends of Central Library's Rosamond Gifford Author Series.

COVID-19 Guidelines

Proof of vaccination and/or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event is required for this event.
  • All attendees must have received a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within 72-hours before entry to the facility and provide printed proof of a negative result prior to entering the venue. Or, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after final dose) and provide proof of vaccination - either the original vaccination card (photo or printed copy accepted) or the NYS Excelsior Pass on your mobile phone.
  • Unvaccinated attendees under 12 years of age will be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within 72-hours before entry to the facility and will provide printed proof of negative result prior to entering the venue.
  • Unvaccinated attendees over 12 years old with a valid medical restriction & medical note will be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within 72-hours before entry to the facility, and will provide printed proof of negative result prior to entering the venue.
**Fans must also show proof of identification (driver’s license, etc.)**
This is subject to change with updated CDC, NYS, or Onondaga County related guidelines

In accordance with current Onondaga County regulations, all employees, vendors, and event attendees must wear a mask while inside our venues. Temperature checks will be administered prior to entry.
