REQUIREMENTS

Please note: per current NYS guidelines for hosting a large-scale indoor event, you must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test (PCR within 72 hours of the event start time or Rapid Antigen within 6 hours of event start time) OR full vaccination for entry.

  • For fans testing, you must provide printed proof of a negative result prior to entering the venue. Testing must be completed by a medical platform that provides printed proof of test results with the patient's name and time of testing. An at-home test is not sufficient proof and will not be accepted.
  • For vaccinated fans, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after final dose) and provide proof of vaccination - either the original vaccination card (photo or printed copy accepted) or the NYS Excelsior Pass on your mobile phone.
  • For unvaccinated fans with a valid medical restriction & medical note: you will be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test (PCR within 72 hours of the event start time or Rapid Antigen within 6 hours of event start time), and will need provide printed proof of negative result prior to entering the venue.
**Fans must also show proof of identification (driver’s license, etc.)**


TESTING OPTIONS

For those who are not vaccinated,

  • a negative PCR must have be completed after 7pm on February 17, 2022 (within 72hrs of the event)
OR
  • a negative Rapid Antigen test must be completed after 1pm on February 20, 2022 (within 6hrs of the event)

Walk-in Only - No Appointments Needed

City Testing Center (located at 116 W. Jefferson Street, Syracuse NY 13202) will open on Sunday, February 20th from 1pm-7pm for patrons in need of rapid testing ahead of the event.

For Walk-ins Only - appointments are not available. We recommend you complete their pre-registration form to expedite your testing.

PLEASE BRING A VALID FORM OF IDENTIFICATION AND INSURANCE CARD.
NOTE: Testing is available for those who are uninsured, please attest that you do not have insurance on the pre-registration form.

There is no fee at the time of testing. For those who have insurance, please check with your employer or insurance provider regarding any applicable out-of-pocket expenses.
