The Center Point Road Tour

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”).

*NOTE* Be sure your bags meet the requirements listed above prior to your arrival at the venue. The venue does not store or hold onto bags for patrons under any circumstances and is not responsible for any items left outside of the entry screening area.

Proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 testing is NOT required by this tour. Per Onondaga County mandate, masks are required in all indoor facilities (VIP Club, restrooms, etc.). Those who are unvaccinated should wear a mask, per CDC guidelines.

Drop off/pick up is permitted in the Pink Lot. A new pedestrian bridge is now open, providing direct access from the Pink Lot to the Amphitheater Main Gate with an approx. 7–10-minute walk.

For pick-up, we recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the end of performances.

Food and Beverage is available for purchase on site. You are permitted to bring the following into the venue with you:

• Factory sealed water bottles (up to a gallon)

• Small snack food items in clear Ziploc bags (nothing that requires utensils or has bones)

Bull & Bear Roadhouse will be on site to 'Feed Your Belly' - visit their East Plaza location. Be sure to try their Amp'd Up Burger or Poutine!

If you feel sick, stay home. Know the symptoms of COVID-19, which can include the following: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea.

Lawn chairs are permitted to be brought into the venue, however they cannot exceed the size of 35.5” x 26” x 37.4” when fully deployed. Inflatable seating units are not permitted.

*NOTE* Lawn chairs should be out of their carrying bags as you approach the facility to expedite entry.

Lawn chair rentals are available onsite. You may pre-purchase a lawn chair rental through Live Nation.

All attendees should bring a mask with them as they will be required to wear a mask in all indoor areas, including restroom facilities.

When outdoors, vaccinated concert attendees do not need to wear a mask. The CDC, however, strongly recommends that all fans who are not fully vaccinated continue to wear face coverings unless they are actively eating, drinking or are otherwise exempt from having to wear a face covering.

Your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

We strongly recommend the following important tips:
• Add your ticket(s) to your phone’s digital wallet in advance to avoid heavy WIFI or cellular signal traffic at the gate
• Make sure you have a full battery charge before you head to the entrance
• If you are attending with guests, transfer each person their own ticket in advance.

You have two options to access your tickets:
1. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by downloading the Live Nation App.
- Click My Tickets and select your upcoming show.
- Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet and you're done!
- Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry

2. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by visiting Live Nation on your mobile browser.
- On your mobile phone, visit livenation.com in your web browser and select My Tickets.
- Sign in and select your desired order.
- Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet and you're done!
- Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry.

Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.

Additional Tips:
Purchase tickets for a group? Arriving separately? Transfer tickets directly to friends and family using the Live Nation App. To expedite entry, we recommend doing this prior to arriving at the event.
- Using the Live Nation App or your phone's web browser, sign in to your account.
- Select the desired order and tap Transfer Tickets (event eligibility may vary).
- Select the ticket you'd like to transfer. Add the recipient's information and send. The recipient will receive an email with the ticket.

Due to large crowds and high traffic, be sure to leave early and give yourself plenty of time at the venue. Increase your phone screen brightness to assist with scanning. Lastly, make sure you have a fully charged battery!

Restroom Facilities are located to the left and right of the pavilion, as you face the stage. These facilities are augmented by a number of porta-johns throughout the facility and in the parking lots. Note: Restrooms to the left of the pavilion (when facing the stage) tend to be a lower traffic area with shorter lines.

Personal sized umbrellas with no pointed tip will be permitted within the venue. Over-sized umbrellas and those with a plastic or metal tip will not be allowed.

Shuttle Service is not provided within the Orange Lot.

Centro will be running shuttles from Warren Street (across from the Centro Transit Hub located at Salina Street and East Adams Street).

Shuttles will begin approximately 2 hours before the concert and run approximately every 20 minutes. Shuttle service ends approximately 20 minutes after the show concludes.

Note: As per current CDC Guidelines, masks must be worn on Centro shuttles to and from Downtown.
