The Basketball Tournament (TBT), the 64-team, $1 million winner-take-all event will once again host a TBT regional this summer in Syracuse, in partnership with Visit Syracuse. Boeheim’s Army, the Syracuse alumni team and 2021 TBT champions, will serve as the host team for the 2023 Syracuse Regional taking place at Upstate Medical Arena this July.
